Congress Party Candidate Vijay Inder Singla today addressing election rallies in Dhuri area stated that his work speaks for itself and accused the Akalis of running a malicious campaign as they have nothing else to offer except deceit.

Singla stated that he has confidence in the electorate who knows the capabilities of each candidate and the development projects he has brought and does not need a certificate from his Opponents.

Vijay Inder Singla said that Akali Opposition candidate is running away from a meaningful debate on issues concerning Sangrur and has now started spreading rumours regarding PGI Cancer Hospital being set up with an outlay of Rs 449 crore at the erstwhile TB Hospital in Village Ghabdan in District Sangrur. Singla stated that PGI Sangrur Cancer project has already been passed by the Union Cabinet and PGI - Chandigarh which is the implementation agency has been communicated regarding all approvals in February 2014 itself and the hospital work will start soon.

No big project like this starts functioning or working overnight said Singla and wondered at the level at which SAD nominee has fallen as he has nothing else to contribute except falsehood even on a issue like Cancer which is affecting almost every household in this area. Singla stated that Akalis have become non-plussed seeing the pace of development brought by him and said that in future all MPs will be judged by standards set by him in serving the Constituency and assured the people that he will put sincere efforts for bringing job oriented projects and help the Youth secure a future for themselves and urged them to give him another term to serve you in a better and effective way.

Singla making a dig at the SAD-BJP alliance government said that the people are ready to teach it a lesson as they are not going to support those promoting criminalisation and corruption. Singla stated that ever since he became an MP he has been working to remove the ‘backwardness tag’ from this region and put in his best to bring development projects relating to Stadiums, Cancer, Railway & Road Connectivity, Sewerage system etc. and was confident that money, muscle power and falsehood will not sway the voter and the informed voter will show the Akalis their right place.

SAD- BJP Govt. has no concrete road map for governance and addiction and unemployment is staring people in their faces and only big contractors and big industrialists have accessibility in the present Akali – BJP Govt. and small businessmen and traders have to depend on the mercy of the establishment remarked Vijay Inder Singla.
