Hare Pyaaz ke Pakode

Spring onion and gram flour fritters.
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
Spring onions with greens,chopped 8-9
 
Gram flour (besan) 3/4 cup
 
Ginger-garlic paste 2 teaspoons
 
Red chilli powder 1 1/2 teaspoons
 
Salt to taste
 
Oil to deep fry
 
Tomato ketchup as required
 
Method
Put spring onions with greens, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add gram flour and mix again.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop small portions of the spring onion mixture with your fingers into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
