INGREDIENTS
12 gulab jamuns
1 liter Milk
3 tbsp Sugar
Chopped nuts for garnishing
METHOD
- Take the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat it.
- Keep stirring occasionally until it is reduced to about half the quantity.
- Add the sugar and cardamom powder and boil it for another couple of minutes.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
- Add the chopped nuts and refrigerate it for sometime.
- Serve this rabri with warm or normal gulab jamuns.
