INGREDIENTS

12 gulab jamuns

1 liter Milk

3 tbsp Sugar

Chopped nuts for garnishing

METHOD

 
  1. Take the milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and heat it.
  2. Keep stirring occasionally until it is reduced to about half the quantity.
  3. Add the sugar and cardamom powder and boil it for another couple of minutes.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  5. Add the chopped nuts and refrigerate it for sometime.
  6. Serve this rabri with warm or normal gulab jamuns.
