Ms Leone’s urban Punjabi item number Baby doll has become a rage amongst the masses. And now Dippy will walk down the same path for her upcoming film Happy New Year

Sunny Leone’s hit song Baby doll from Ragini MMS 2 seems to have inspired the makers of Happy New Year. We say so coz talented singer Kanika Kapoor who lent her voice to Sunny’s sexy number has now been roped in for Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer as well. Yes, Kanika would be singing a song which will introduce Ms Padukone’s character. In fact, this track will feature at the very beginning of the film and we hear it will be shot in a grimy bar. Sounds interesting,hai na? While talking to a leading daily, a source said, “Both SRK  and Farah were impressed with the way Baby Doll escalated the fortunes of Ekta’s horrex. However, instead of the Meet Brothers, Kanika will be collaborating with Dr Zeus this time.”

Considering that DP is playing a bar dancer in HNY, it would be fun to see her groove to an electrifying number. But will she raise the temperatures like Sunny Leone did in Baby doll? We hope she does coz this babe sure knows how to up the oomph quotient with her hot bod, no?

Confirming the news Kanika told a leading daily, “I can assure you that this song will be a bigger hit than Baby Doll. It’s something that has never been attempted before. People are bored with the same type of songs, they are looking for a change and this will be it!”
