NK Sharma strongly refutes baseless and malicious allegations of khaira

Chandigarh:     The Shiromani Akali Dal Treasurer and Chief Parliamentary Secretary Mr. NK Sharma today strongly refuted the allegations leveled against him by the Congress Spokesman Mr. Sukhpal Singh Khaira and said that the Congress leader has stooped too low to level baseless and malicious allegations only to get cheap publicity.

 

                Reacting to the allegations leveled by Mr. Khaira, Mr. Sharma said that it was ridiculous that he is leveling allegations without verifying into the facts. He said that all the projects of NK Sharma group of companies have been initiated after getting due clearances from the concerned authorities. He said that as his earlier allegations had fallen flat because he was unaware of depositing of CLU and other charges by the companies now he has surfaced with new allegations. He said that till date NK Sharma Group of Companies have cheated none of their customers nor flouted any rule till date since the beginning  of their business.

 

                Regarding land distribution at Gazipur project Mr. Sharma clarified that all the persons involved in the land had deposed before the magistrate and made their statements. Land was transferred according to rules and regulations and no direction of the Honorable High Court was ever violated. He said that in year 2010 FCR had decided the case for division of the land. He said that none of the farmer (Zimindar) had accompanied Mr. Khaira because his group of companies do every thing in transparent manner and everybody involved was given payment through cheques. He said that he had already made it clear in his last press conference that he was ready for any probe into the land deals. He also welcomed the decision of the Pb. Government in ordering the probe of land deals of Mohali district.

 

                Lashing out at Khaira for trying to destabilize his business Mr. Sharma said that he was consulting his lawyers and a case of defamation and relevant provision of law would be filed against him shortly.
