Sprout Canapes

Ingredients
Mixed sprouts,boiled 1 cup
 
Canape cups 16
 
Oil to deep fry
 
Onions,chopped 2 small
 
Tomatoes,chopped 2 small
 
Potatoes,boiled, peeled and chopped 2 small
 
Green chillies,chopped 2
 
Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
 
Salt to taste
 
Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
 
Topping  
 
Sev as required
 
Fresh coriander leaves,finely chopped 1 tablespoon

 


Method
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the canapés till lightly browned and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
Mix sprouts, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder in a bowl.Fill the canapés with this mixture. Top with sev and sprinkle coriander leaves and serve immediately.
