CHANDIGARH-- In a bid to galvanize grievance re-dressal network and to bring about efficiency & transparency into the government machinery, the Punjab Government has decided to upload all the disposals of all grievances on the web portal.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesperson of the administrative reforms commission said that now on wards the reply on the grievances would only be uploaded on the web portal and the practice of sending reply through file or copy would be discouraged. He said that this initiative would save the paper and bring transparency and efficiency in the government working. He said that instructions to all the departmental heads and Deputy Commissioners to up load the disposal and re-dressal of all grievances on the PG-PGRAM system.
The spokesman further said that Grievance Re-dressal Department has issued a new advisory to all the department asking them to desist from the practice of sending quarterly and monthly reports instead all the disposed off cases be uploaded on PG-PGRAM system.
