New Judicial court complex at SBS Nagar be come up soon: Dhillon

NAWAN SHAR: The Punjab Government has given go ahead for the construction of new judicial court complex at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. For the construction of this complex 13 acre, 2 kanal, 4 marlas land would be acquired. The government has issued notification for the acquisition of land in SBGS Nagar. It was disclosed by Mr. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, public works Minister Punjab.



Punjab Government issued notification under the Land Acquisition Act 1894

He said that the notification for the acquisition of land has been issued under the provisions of Section-4 of land acquisition Act 1894(Central Act No.-1 of 1894). He further said that in total 13 acre, 2 kanal, 4 marlas land would be acquired for the construction of new judicial court complex from village Jethu Majra, teshil Nawan Shar, District SBS Nagar. Mr. Dhillon further said that any objection to the acquisition of land one could file objection within thirty days in writing before the Land Acquisition Collector cum sub divisional officer (civil), SBS Nagar.
