Education department issues admission policy for two years E.T.T. Diploma course

CHANDIGARH: Education department has issued the admission policy for two years Elementary Teachers Training (E.T.T) Diploma Course in government and private institutions in the state.
 
 
According to the spokesman of Education Department the admissions would be through online counselling or combined merit basis. He also said that academic session 2013-15 would be commenced on 15th November 2013 to November 2015. Minimum educational qualification Senior secondary (plus 2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks of General Category and 45% marks for S.C. /S.T Category. Candidates with Reappear/Compartment and Result later would not be eligible to apply.


He further said Candidates should have passed Punjabi up to matric level and maximum age of general category candidates 27 years on the date of application with 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates. There would be no migration of admitted candidates from one institute to another institute. False, forged, fabricated or tempered documents deposited by the candidate would be liable to be cancelled and criminal case would be registered against him and barring him for re-admission in the E.T.T. courses for a period of three years.
