Hardeep Singh Dhillon, IPS, ADGP, Intelligence, Punjab and Sh. Jagdish Kumar, IPS, IGP, Law & Order, Punjab have been awarded President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service on the occasion of Independence Day-2013. Besides this, 18 other Police Officers/officials have been awarded Police Medal for Meritorious Service. Meanwhile, Mr. Jasdeep Singh, SP/D, Amritsar Rural, SI Didar Singh, No. 845/W, CID unit, SBS Nagar and SI Ram Lal, No. 1339/PAP,PRTC, Jahankhelan have been awarded Chief Minister’s Medal for Outsatnding Devotion to Duty.
