Chandigarh: An aspiring model was raped by a man after making her drink two bottles of bear. When she tried to stop him, he threatened to kill her. Actually, the man is known to her, but she does not know much about him. They used to talk on phone. The victim is a model who aspires to make big in the movies. The man claimed to know many people in the film industry and promised to get her a good role. On Sunday, he came to her PG accommodation in sector 23 around 8 pm. He told her that he was taking her to meet a film producer. But that meeting never took place. He kept roaming around. On way he purchased a few bottles of bear. Then he took her behind Sukhna Lake back parking area and raped her. Victim's medical report confirmed rape. A case of rape and threat to life has been registered against the accused in Sector 3 police station. After raping the model, the accused left her near her PG and fled away. The victim contacted one of her relatives and got the case registered against the accused.
