METHOD
- To make dosa batter:
- Add dosa powder in warm water and mix well.
- To proceed:
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add ghee and rub well.
- Add dosa batter (60 g) in a pan and spread evenly. Cook well on all sides.
- Spread mixed fruit jam on the dosa
- Toss sliced fruits in hot butter and sugar. Fill the mixture in the dosa
- Roll the dosa and serve.
