September 07, 2014 01:47 PM

Rotary Club of Chandigarh Midtown launched adult education programme
in association with Kundan International School in Sector 46.

The Kundan International Adult Education center would be the first
urban center and cater to the candidates coming from nearby slums,
informed President Rtn. RTPS Tulsi.

The club has identified 30 adults from economically-challenged
background for the programme as a part of the Rotary’s nation-wide
endeavour to combat illiteracy, and they were handed over educational
kits.
Rotary Chandigarh Midtown is already running two Adult Education
centers in Village Jagatpura and Village Nayagaon respectively.
