Deepika Padukone, who was the lead actress of the film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ wanted to celebrate the first anniversary of the film.

The movie completes one year on 31st May 2014. She was very keen to celebrate the one year anniversary of ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ with the team of the film.

It was extremely special for her to work with Karan and Ayan for first time. All of them- Kalki, Aditya, Kunal, Ranbir & Ayan had became good friends while shooting the film. The entire team had a blast shooting the film and would love to have got together to celebrate the most loved film of the year. 

However, the actress will not be able to do so, as she takes off for her month long vacation with her family. It has been a busy year for the actress and before she gets into yet another busy year of shooting films back to back, she planned this trip.

Deepika’s spokesperson confirmed the news and said, "’YJHD’ is a very special film for Deepika and she is thinking of a special way to mark the occasion."
