1600 cartons of liquor seized in Lehragaga after congress workers raised protest

At-Least 1600 cartons of country liquor to be used in these lok sabha elections were seized today in Lehragaga town in sangrur parliamentary constituency after the congress party workers raised the matter and protested against the stocking of the liquor in the area, whole of the operation against this stock was oversee by the congress candidate from sangrur lok sabha seat vijay inder singla.
 
 
Vijay Inder Singla came into the action mode soon after he got a secret information about the stocking of this vary stock by his opponents to use it in the elections to lure the voters. Singla immediately passed on the information to the higher authorities included the chief election commission,observers and instructed its cadre to organize a dharna in front of the place of the liquor stocking. The police noticing the congress workers in a protesting mode took action and recovered the stock of 1600 cartons of liquor. till the filing of this report preliminary investigation was on and it was confirmed by the higher authorities that a case in this connection has been registered.whereas other details are still awaited.
