Majithia warns Egoistic Captain to face Reality and Do not Build Castles in Air

Captain is a Maharaja without Kingdom, his political career coming to an end: Majithia

Amritsar, March 27

Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia today launched a fresh offensive against Congress candidate from Amritsar Lok Sabha seat Captain Amarinder Singh, calling him a Maharaja without a kingdom whose political career is fast coming to an end. He said as captain was reluctant to contest the elections, he was forced by Sonia Gandh to do so, he is so disturbed now that he has lost his mental balance and has no control over his tongue.

Majithia in a hard-hitting statement issued here said that in his bloated ego, captain can not even see what is written on the wall and is keeping his eyes shut to the reality like a pigeon who to save his life from cat close his eyes. He said this is all because Captain still feel that he is Maharaja and can not realize that the days of the Maharajas and Kings are over and the leaders who are close to the hearts of the people can be their rightful representatives.

Majithia said there is no place for Kings and Rajas in democracy and they had fallen to the ground under the weight of the representative politics. He said captain who has no control over his tongue only knows one thing and that is building castes in the air. ``He has so much inflated ego that captain can not see the reality. He is bound to be defeated badly by the people of Amritsar who are aware about his old tactics of poisoning the politics’’, said he.

He said captain instead of resorting the gimmicks must realize that the people have various issues in hands which needed to be addressed. He asked him during the last 10 years of Congress led UPA rule which major project Captain brought for the city of Amritsar or areas in the city’s vicinity. He said captain belongs to a party which had government in the Center that broke all records in corruption and engineering scandals and looted the country.

He said the Congress, the party of the Captain believes in one thing only and that is looting the country and dividing the society for its political ends. He said captain was distorting facts regarding the Operation Bluestar and forgets he belongs to the party which conducted the onslaught against most respected religious shrine and the anti-Sikh riots. ``Instead of taking acting against  those who killed hundreds of the Sikhs, the Congress gave them prominent posts in the party and government. For example, the name of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar can be refrred’’, said he.

He warned Captain not to rake up issues which has no social significance and rather concentrate ont he real public issues.
