Yesterday, Aamir Khan had visited Gaya to announce the second season of ‘Satyamev Jayate’. The actor felt very humble when he was greeted by a humongous crowd.
Aamir had gone to Gehlaur in Gaya, Bihar to begin his journey of ‘Satyamev Jayate 2’ from the very spot where Dashrath Manjhi broke a mountain and made a road for the villagers, 22 years back.
The news of Aamir’s visit spread like wild fire and the entire area of the press conference was filled with more than 50,000 people to get a glimpse of the actor. The entire road, mountains and every place possible was filled with a very excited crowd.
Aamir greeted the entire crowd from the stage and received a happy roaring from the people out there. This was for the first time, when so many people gathered for an actor in a village.
This shows that Aamir is popular in rural areas as well.
