Is Aamir Khan giving a tough time to the makers of Dangal?

Aamir Khan has, in the past, been blamed for interfering with the filmmaking. While controversies had sparked off during Taare Zameen Par, it was also reported that Aamir has got scenes of other actors chopped from various films starring him in the lead. With Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal, the Khan man seems to be at it again!

Sources told us that the actor has been taking keen interest in the casting of the film. “Aamir has clearly instructed Nitesh to choose the two actresses with great caution. He is looking over the development closely.”

The three girls in question will be playing Aamir‘s daughters in Dangal- a film loosely based on the life of legendary wrestler Mahavir Phogat and his two daughters who too were women wrestlers. Meanwhile, the source also told us that it’s Aamir who’s calling the shots for the casting.

“Aamir is the one deciding who to cast as his daughters in Dangal. He is taking the upper hand in all the decisions”, revealed our source. Meanwhile there were rumours that Akshara Haasan, Taapsee Pannu and Dikdha Seth were already in the pipeline for the role. But now we hear the team is still looking for fresher faces for Dangal.
