New Delhi: Ethiopia's Atsedu Tsegay and Florence Kiplagat of Kenya won the men's and women's titles, respectively, of the Delhi Half Marathon here Sunday.
Tsegay recorded a new course record of 59 minutes and 12 seconds, blowing away the previous best of 59:15 set by another Ethiopian Deriba Merga back in 2008. Florence, on the other hand, won the women's race in one hour and eight minutes.
