Chandigarh ; The state election commission has put a complete ban on the transfers of employees and officers concerning with Panchayat Election. Disclosed this here today an official spokesperson of the State Election Commission said that Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishad election be conducted before May 15 whereas election for Gram Panchayats be conducted before May 31. He said that complete ban has been put on transfers of the employees and on election duty. Instructions in this regard have been issued to all the departmental heads, Commissioners of the Divisions and Deputy Commissioners.
