Chandigarh-- Punjab Government has instructed all departments to submit usage certificates of grants as soon as possible so that consolidated report regarding this could be sent to the Chief Minister. Disclosing this here today official Spokesperson said that all departments sends quarterly consolidated report of all of grants to the chief minister. He said that it has come to notice that some departments have not sent these reports up to 6th November, 2012 and after this period.
He further added that Punjab Government has strictly instructed the departments to send the pending usage certificates of grants at the earliest and also ensure that in future these certificates should be regularly sent on time
