Chandigarh: The Punjab government guaranteed to have cleared the compensations for August, however, examinations have affirmed that the greater part of the state government's workers had not appropriated their compensation work on Wednesday.

An official from State Ministerial Services Association, Amritsar, said, “We have not accepted our August compensations. No bills were passed between August 12 and August 31.”
