Mr. Joshi and Mr. Bhagat greet teachers’ fraternity on Teacher’s day

CHANDIGARH: Mr. Anil Joshi, Technical Education Minister and Mr. Chunni Lal Bhagat. Medical Education and Research Minister, Punjab today extended warm greetings to the teaching fraternity on the occasion of
Teacher’s Day and urged them to make all out efforts to infuse the noble qualities of discipline, righteousness, truthfulness, sense of integrity, high character and dedication amongst the students.


Expressing this in the message on the occasion of Teacher's Day, that coincides with the birth anniversary of former President of India late Dr. Sarvpali Radha Krishnan and an eminent academician, Statesman a great Philosopher they said that teachers are the foundation of good schools, and good schools are the pillars of
healthy and democratic communities.


Teachers are the keys to achieve all goals. They said that teachers could play an important role of supportive friends, guides and counsellors for the students besides imparting value based education to enable them to become ideal citizens of the society.
