Chandigarh: Punjab Government has decided to organize a State Level function on October 9 at Patiala to honour about 45 teachers for their outstanding contributions in the field of education and society.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesman of Education Department said that Mr. Sikandar Singh Maluka, Education Minister, Punjab would preside over the function and give awards to the deserving teachers.
