Road accident claims eight lives in Moga

Moga--  The incident took place at 10.30am while a over speed private bus collided head with a heavy truck near Gurukul school. A 'Tata Ace (Chhota hathi) was also collided with truck and driver of this vehicle died at the spot.

Surjit SIngh Grewal, superintendent of police, Moga, said that more than 30 people got serious injuries. "Eight people died at the spot while injured were rushed to the Moga civil hospital with the help of nearby villagers. A case has been registered, however, further investigation is on," SSP said.

 
On the other hand, the doctors of the emergency ward of civil hospital revealed that more than 10 people are serious who are being treated at hospital at the moment.
