It was reported last year that Anurag Basu had roped in Onir to direct the sequel of ‘Life In A Metro’.
It has almost been more than a year that there has been any buzz for its sequel. However, the wait is over as Onir finally confirmed the news of its sequel and said that he will be looking for new actors and might approach the stars from the fresh lot.
Onir said that he will be directing the sequel of ‘Life In A Metro’ and it will go on floors in the mid of 2016. He said that at present he is busy with his film ‘Shabd’ and after which he will start the shooting of ‘Veda’. All the more, even Anurag is busy with ‘Jagga Jasoos’. Therefore he concluded saying that they will start writing the script once they accomplish their current ventures and commitments.
