It is reportedly said that director Subhash Kapoor is very keen to make the sequel of ‘Jolly LLB’, after the success of its initial venture.
He wanted to leave some time and space before making the sequel, as a result he started working for the film ‘Guddu Rangeela’.
It is also said that the shooting of ‘Guddu Rangeela’ is almost at the brink of its completion and at the same time Subhash has also finished writing the script of the sequel of ‘Jolly LLB’. The lead star cast of the film will remain the same comprising of Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani.
The first installment film ‘Jolly LLB’ which was released in the year 2013, had won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. The film also casted Amrita Rao and Saurabh Shukla along with the others. Saurabh Shukla won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor.
