Christmas seems to be one of favourite festivals of Aamir Khan as over the years the actor has ruled the box office during this time of the year. While fans are eagerly awaiting for the release of PK, we have got details about Aamir’s Christmas release next year. So which Aamir Khan film will hit screens on December 2015, you ask? In fact, contrary to the rumour that Dhoom 3 star has signed a film, there are no films in hand for Aamir Khan after PK. This means that, let alone December, Mr Perfectionist has no films in 2015! A source close to the actor revealed,”Aamir has not signed anything yet.” A little birdie tells us that Aamir is currently taking his time and going through scripts, but is in no hurry to sign a film. Knowing his penchant for perfection, even if Aamir signs a film in early 2015, we don’t expect the film to come out till 2016.

While Aamir is still searching for the elusive script, his contemporaries Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have releases lined up for 2015 as well as 2016. With no films and just Satyamev Jayate to his aide in 2015, the onus is on PK to roar at the box office and give enough boost to Aamir’s popularity to stay in audience mind while he stays away from big screen next year.
