Gauahar Khan was slapped at the India’s Raw Star grand finale in full public view by a hooligan today

Reality TV star Gauahar Khan was slapped by an audience member on the sets ofIndia’s Raw Star today. It was the grand finale of the show. Reportedly, a man from the audience named Akil Malik jumped onto the stage where Gauahar was hosting the show. He tried touching the actress inappropriately and then wend on to slap her! One of the contestants intervened and the man was arrested.

Arjun Kapoor who was present at the grand finale to promote his upcoming filmTevar opposite Sonakshi Sinha, was witness to the misbehaviour that Gauahar has to face! The actor was extremely distressed by the happenings of the evening. He has worked with Gauahar in Ishaqzaade and the two have even given fans the foot-tapping number Chokra Jawaan.

An upset Arjun expressed his disappointment on Twitter. His tweet reads, “Disturbed shocked and appalled” Naturally, the Kapoor lad was shocked to see how someone could ill-treat a woman in full public view!

We too are equally shocked and saddened by the news. We hope that Akil Malik is dealt with severe punishment for his hooliganism!
