The Delhi-born actor Divyendu Sharma recently appeared in the film ‘Ekkees Toppon Ki Salaami’ which was directed by Ravindra Gautam and which also casted actors like Anupam Kher, Manu Rishi Chadha and Neha Dhupia.
The actor got uplifted due to his performance in his debut film ‘Pyaar Ka Panchnama’.
Divyendu started his acting career as a theatre artist and is happy with his own performance by making an impression for himself in Bollywood. The actor was later seen in the movie ‘Chashme Baddoor’, which was his first film alongside Anupam Kher.
Recently it is said to believe that he will be next seen in Japinder Kaur Baweja’s ‘Zaalim Dilli’. The film will be light-hearted carrying no social message as such. The movie will be Delhi-based, which will be about the rising crime against women and will contain chunks of romance, heart-breaks and some action. Ira Dubey will be playing the female lead opposite Divyendu Sharma in ‘Zaalim Dilli’. The story is about three central characters, who face many problems and how they rise up together fighting and overcoming those problems.
It is also reportedly said that Divyendu has been approached for one of Anil Kapoor’s upcoming films, although the details of that movie are not disclosed yet.
