The director Sanjay Gupta was initially going to start his gangster venture ‘Mumbai Saga’ by the end of this year and later he was going to start shooting for the movie ‘Jazba’ starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. However, there are changes in the plan, ‘Jazba’ will start in December this year as ‘Mumbai Saga’ has been delayed since lead actors of the film Anil Kapoor and John Abraham are busy with the shooting of ‘Welcome Back’. 

A source in the movie project said that the producer of the film ‘Welcome Back’, Firoz Nadiadwala is a good friend of Sanjay Gupta and they both had a long chat. Sanjay got the whole insight that Firoz’s movie that is already on floors and should be finished first. Learning of this he then sent a head’s up to Aishwarya to know if she can begin shooting for ‘Jazba’ before January and she replied with a thumbs up. 

Hence, Sanjay confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I’ll start ‘Jazba’ with Aishwarya and Irrfan (Khan) in December before ‘Mumbai Saga’, which will roll later.” 

Whereas the other star cast of ‘Mumbai Saga’ which includes Vivek Oberoi and Huma Qureshi are disappointed because of the delay.
