Rowdy Rathore’ starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha was a blockbuster at the box-office and now, the makers of the film are planning for the sequel of the movie.
The co-producer of the film, Shabina Khan confirmed the news of the sequel. The first part was directed by Prabhu Deva and the sequel will be also helmed by him and it is slated to go on floors in mid 2015. Well, Akshay will be reprising his role in the sequel; the leading lady of the film is not yet finalized. ‘Rowdy Rathore’ was a remake of a South Indian flick titled ‘Vikramarkudu’, so let’s see whether the sequel of the film will be original or a remake.
