She is best remembered for playing the role of Juhi, a Maoist, in the Prakash Jha film Chakravyuh. Deepika is playing the central character in the film, which is about five youngsters who head on to find the long lost love of a town postman. The old postman is being played by Naseeruddin Shah and Anjali is playing his lost childhood love interest.
