According to the Veer Zaara actor, the incident occurred at May 30 at Wankhede stadium

If the recent reports are anything to go by then Preity Zinta has filed a molestation complaint against former boyfriend Ness Wadia. Zinta and Wadia jointly own the IPL team Kings XI Punjab, which finished runners-up at this year’s edition of the customised cricket tournament.  According to the actor, the incident occurred on May 30 at Wankhede stadium.

A complaint has been lodged at Marine Drive police station in Mumbai. A case has been registered under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code (IPC).

But why did she not approach the police earlier? “The actor claims she had to go out of the city and hence could not approach us earlier. As soon as she returned, she lodged a complaint,” a police officer was quoted by a leading daily.

Preity, who has acted in several hit movies like Kal Ho Naa Ho, Kya Kehna, Veer Zaara among many others was dating Ness, but the two ended their relationship and went separate ways long time back. However, they continued to share a professional relationship.
