As per the latest buzz, the Agneepath baddie has yet again applied for a parole extension as he wants to be with his ailing wife

Sanjay Dutt, who was convicted the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case, has been out on parole since December 21, 2013. The actor was supposed to return to Yerawada jail on January 21 but he was granted a parole extension of 30 days coz of his wifeMaanyata Dutt’s ill health. No we hear Sanjay has again requested for a parole extension. Though his wife has been discharged from the hospital and is supposedly out of danger, we hear Sanju baba wants to be by her side. “Dutt has applied for an extension to his parole. The application mentions that he wants to take care of his ailing wife. We have received the application and are studying the doctor’s report. If there is a strong medical report, Dutt’s leave may be extended,” said a source from Bandra police to a leading tabloid.

However, the Munnabhai actor has been out of jail since Maanyata was detected with tumour and therefore his request may get rejected this time around. Another source from the Bandra police told the tabloid, “This time, Dutt will find it difficult to get his leave extended because he has been out of jail since December. To add to that, there are several media reports that he gets leave due to his star-status and political background.”

Dutt was released twice in 2013 after he surrendered before the TADA court. So will he continue to get parole extension? Well, we’ll have to wait and see!
