Mohali: Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarhis going to organize “Aryans Job Fest” for providing placement opportunities for the students of the region. The fest will be held on 20th January at Aryans Campus situated at Village Nepra, Chandigarh-Patiala Highway, Near Chandigarh. In this fest, job opportunities would be available for B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, M.Tech, Diploma etc. Those who are interested to participate in this job fest, can register themselves on www.aryans.edu.in
Giving information about the event, Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges said that Aryans Group has organized a number of Job Fests on campus and inChandigarhregion in 2 years and provided jobs to thousands of unemployed graduates and post graduates.
Dr Kataria further told that in this fest, many companies will participate including Aldon Solutions, Beta Soft, Birla Sunlife Insurance Co.Ltd., Career Routers, Digiweb Tech, Develop Tech, IndusInd Bank, JANDEC Corporation Pvt.Ltd., Jeronone Technologies, LIC, Mission Vision, Next Generations, Paras Technologies, Punjab Trade, Spinks World, WEBX Technologies etc to provide opportunities to the Job seekers in different streams. He added that candidates need to carry 10 copies of their resumes and passport size photographs with them.
Dr. Kataria further said that inIndia, the number of unemployed educated youths is the highest. Thus such job fests provide the youth with great job opportunities. He also said that in Punjab itself, huge job opportunities are available but there is always a gap between job seeker and job provider. Thus Aryans always tries to bridge this gap.
It is to be mentioned that Aryans has achieved several milestones in the field of placements last year. He added that last year about 300 companies had visited the job fest and this year about 500 companies are expected to visit the campus during job fest. The group has seen 100 per cent placement of its students and now the group is trying to get students of other colleges placed with well-known companies.
