The met department said a clear and sunny Sunday lies ahead.
Maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded two notches below the season's average at 28.6 degree, while the minimum temperature settled a notch above average at 16.3 degrees Celsius.
