R.P.Mittal posted as IG (Training)

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government has posted Mr. R. P. Mittal, IPS as Inspector General (Training) in place of Mr. Kartar Singh, IPS.

This posting has been done on administrative ground as Mr. Kartar Singh has retired today i.e. October 31, 2013. It was disclosed by an Official Spokesman of the state government.
