Jazeera to open more than 100 restaurants in India

Jazeera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Friday announced launch of a chain of fine dining authentic Mughlai cuisine restaurants in India. 10 restaurants will be launched Oct 1 here and in other north Indian cities like Lucknow and Agra.

"We plan to open more than 100 restaurants. In the first stage, we will open 10 restaurants on Oct 1. In Delhi, you will find Jazeera in places like Janakpuri and Connaught Place. The food will be of five star hotel quality, but it will be affordable luxury,” Mohammad Ezazul Haque, CEO, Jazeera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. told IANS.

Mohammad Zahid, chairman and managing director, Jazeera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. added that apart from the capital, in the first phase Jazeera will be present in Noida, Gurgaon, Meerut, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur and Chandigarh.

In the second phase, there will be an increase in number of their restaurants in the capital and NCR. They also plan to open branches in Mumbai and select cities of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab.

Film personalities Raza Murad, Kirron Kher and Huma Qureshi were present during the launch here. Kirron is looking forward to eat in their restaurant once it opens in Chandigarh as she frequently visits the city.
