Calgary: Calgary Police are researching after an eight-year-old young lady was professedly approached by a man driving a van in the southest neighbourhood of Shawnessy.
They say the episode happened at around the range of 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday in the 200 blocke of Shawnessy Drive S.W.
The young lady was approached by the man who was driving a dim coloured van.
The man, who had his face secured, requested her to get into the vehicle.
The young lady fled the scene and ran home, letting her know mother about the episode.
The mother then reached police.
Anybody with data is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
