Nine dead, 22 injured in Russian bus crash

Nine people, including a child, were killed and 22 others injured in a bus crash in Russia, the local emergency ministry said Saturday.

The accident happened in Russia's northeastern Pskov state around 4 a.m. local time when a bus drove into the opposite lane and collided head on with another bus on a 
highway connecting Moscow with Riga, reported Xinhua. 

Both buses were badly damaged in the collision.
