The Oscar Awards ratings have been sliding down for a while. Each year it has gotten consistently less viewership, less magic, less excitement. What promises to be the biggest night of Hollywood every year, hasn't been for a while. And this year's show seemed to be the nail in the coffin.
Hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, the Academy Awards had to settle for the lowest rating since 2009.
