Redmayne promises to be at beck & call of his Oscar!
Eddie Redmayne took home the Best Actor Oscar for his role as Stephen
Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
He went up against Benedict Cumberbatch (The Imitation Game), Steve Carell
(Foxcatcher), Bradley Cooper (American Sniper), and Michael Keaton
(Birdman) and came out victorious.
He was visibly thrilled and shaking with excitement as he took the
'li'l fella' about to share his apartment. Redmayne paid tribute to
the Hawking family, promised to polish the Oscar and be at his every
beck and call.
To contrast with Redmayne's excitement was a pensive Cumberbatch who
clearly hoped to walk away with the golden statue.
