A woman revealed her story in court how Gary Glitter had sex with in a Leicester hotel room in 1977 when she was only 12.
During the 70-year-old singer sex offence hearing at Southwark Crown Court, the jurors heard the victim that she had arrived to see the star perform at a Leicester nightclub with her mother 38 years ago, and after they met him backstage, he invited them back to his suite at the Holiday Inn, Sky news reported.
He made them drink champagne and persuaded the girl's mother to leave her daughter with him, after which he took the girl to his bedroom where she was subjected to a "prolonged episode of sexual abuse involving a full range of sexual activity culminating in intercourse".
The victim said that the star, real name Paul Gadd, got angry when he she touched his head to push him away, telling her never to lay hands on his hair again, and then told the girl to undress and chastised her for covering herself with her arms. He then kissed her and had sex with her.
The woman said, at the time she felt since her mother had left her with him, and had told her to act "grown up" throughout the night, she was confused what she wanted her to do but she didn't want to upset her.
Meanwhile, Gadd, who's also facing charges for sex with a girl under 13 and assaulting another girl in his dressing room, denied all charges including making the girl drunk to overpower and have sex with her.
