Save the Girl Child Movement is one of its kind unique movement started by the visionary philanthropist, social worker and medical practitioner Dr. Sunita Dube, who needs no recognition when it comes to charitable causes.

This year, after its inception before two years, the movement is taking further a big leap towards improving the lives of the girl child & women of our country by launching 6 valuable projects under the foundation to be executed and implemented across India.

On 24th January, 2015 a grand event is organized to showcase the spirit of Save The Girl Child Movement. The event will not only demonstrate various projects undertaken by Medscape India and Aryan medical & Educational Trust but also felicitate and honor various girls and women who have proved their mettle in various projects.

Last year the event was graced by the legendary personality Shri Amitabh Bachchan and this year, Vidya Thakur, Child and Women Empowerment minister, will be present as the chief guest.

The event will also witness very innovative cultural programmes where women will be the core theme. Celebrities from the entertainment world will also be present to encourage the young girls to come forward and show their talent.

Indian Culture and value system has always advocated about the importance of women power and we have always worship women in the form of Goddess Durga, Goddess Saraswati,  Goddess Lakshmi representative of Power, Knowledge and Wealth. Hence if we want to experience happiness, joy, success and prosperity in our lives- we have to save the Girl Child and empower women.
