Kareena Kapoor Khan had previously agreed to cast in Mohammad Azharuddin’s biopic as Sangeeta Bijlani, but now she has rejected to cast in the film.
She is keener to act in the forthcoming film ‘Udta Punjab’ which will be a drama based on drugs, helmed by Abhishek Chaubey. It is believed that both the films would commence its shooting at the same time, therefore Kareena walked out of the biopic film.
Therefore, the Chief Creative Officer of Balaji Films, Tanveer Bookwala said that they haven’t finalized the actress of Azharuddin’s biopic film yet, and they are hunting for a young actress who would be fit for the role.
