Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif will be gracing the big screen together after a very long time. The couple was last seen in Raajneeti which released way back in 2010. Jr Kapoor and his ladylove will now be seen in Anurag Basu’s musical detective saga Jagga Jasoos. While we can’t wait to see this jodi back on 70mm, the makers haven’t been able to finalise the release date as yet. Initially, Basu and Ranbir’s production venture was to hit the screens in May this year. But then it got postponed to August and now Jagga Jasoos has been moved further.

Yes, the makers were eyeing to release the detective film on August 28. But Ms Kaif’s Phantom co-starring Saif Ali Khan is coming out on that very day. So to avoid box office clash Kat’s film with her beau has now been delayed. The Dhoom:3 babe confirmed the news and told a leading tabloid, “Jagga…’ has been pushed ahead.”

Rumours are also rife that Jagga Jasoos has been postponed because it would have been difficult for the Dhoom:3 babe to promote both her films simultaneously. On the other hand, it is being said that the final schedule of Anurag’s film is yet to go on floors and only after that the post production work will start. And that’s the reason why the delay.
