The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development and La Francophonie, along with Régis Labeaume, mayor of Québec, will make an important announcement on Canada’s continued support for the reconstruction of Haiti’s infrastructure following the earthquake that devastated Haiti five years ago.
The Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Secretary General of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, will add her voice to those of Minister Paradis and Mayor Labeaume in a recorded video message.
