Abhishek Chaubey is busy directing his upcoming film ‘Udta Punjab’, which casts Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Kareena Kapoor Khan has also joined the cast, whereas Ayushmann Khurrana was a part of the film earlier but he recently walked out of the film.
Well, there are several reasons being pointed out for Ayushmann’s departure from the film. One of which is said to be that Kareena wants to only work with stars. Others state that Kareena is not paired with Shahid in the film and most of her scenes were with Ayushmann who looks a little too young for her. On the other hand, it is affirmed by Ayushmann’s representative that Mr. Khurrana won’t be doing the film ‘Udta Punjab’ as has to promote his two upcoming films, ‘Hawaizaada’ and ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’.
Besides, Ayushmann has also committed to Shoojit Sircar for his forthcoming ‘Agra Ka Dabra’ and another venture which is yet to be announced.
