Recently there was news spread in the media by the PR agency of the film ‘Alone’ that Karan Singh Grover saved Bipasha Basu’s life as she was drowning in water while shooting for a particular sequence on the jet-ski. It was reported that Bipasha Basu does not know how to swim and she had fallen off the jet-ski in the sea and it was Karan Singh Grover, who is the hero of the film saves her from drowning. 

Nevertheless, now it is learnt that all that news was just created by the PR agency of the film as a publicity stunt. First of all it is hard to believe that Bipasha Basu, a big star does not know to swim. And even if she doesn’t know to swim, is the crew of the film so careless to not take any precaution knowing that Bipasha does not know to swim? Least of all, they publish this news just a day before its trailer launch? Answering these questions will only make one wonder, publicity stunts are supposed to be shrewd but not so overtly shrewd! (Pun intended) 

The film ‘Alone’ is directed by Bhushan Patel and it is slated to release on the 16th of January, 2015.
